Specialist for Business Processes and Organizational Management
Job requirements:
Responsibilities:
- participation in the preparation and implementation of changes in the field of organization and business processes
- preparation of comparative and professional analyzes in the field of business processes
- preparation of solutions for improving business processes, including digitization of business processes
- preparation of specifications for digitalization of processes
- planning and documenting of business processes
- participation in the establishment, maintenance and control of the business process management system and the system of internal documents
Required knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economy or Faculty of Organizational Sciences or other, if applicable
- Proficiency in Slovenian and English
- Digital proficiency, especially in Office365 tools
- Working knowledge of documenting processes in BPMN notation is welcome
- Positive, proactive and constructive attitude, great in interpersonal communication and teamwork
- Agility and flexibility, high degree of competence and independence
- Good writing and presentation skills
