The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Cracow

The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow (formerly the Papal Theological Academy in Krakow) has inherited the traditions of the Theological Faculty of the Jagiellonian University, a valuable contributor to culture, nation, and the Church in Poland, and continues to uphold this heritage under the patronage of Saint John of Kęty, Saint Hedwig the Queen, and Saint Józef Sebastian Pelczar.

The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow is a Church university funded on the basis of public universities.The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow (UPJPII) is a renowned institution with deep roots, characterised by a modern approach to education. We offer a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as uniform master's studies, enabling our students to develop the competencies necessary for their future careers.

UPJPII offers, among others, studies in archiving, document management and infobrokerage, journalism and social communication, church music, history and family sciences, and many, many more.
