The Faculty of Economics and Business in Belgrade belongs to the group of faculties within the University of Belgrade, which is ranked among the best in Central and Eastern Europe. From its foundation in 1937 the Faculty of Economics and Business has successfully connected and harmonized higher education in the field of economics, business management and statistics with modern requirements of the economy and society, keeping pace with all important achievements in economics.Since its foundation, at the Faculty of Economics and Business, over 50 thousand students have graduated, over 4 thousand candidates have completed master's studies, and about 850 candidates have obtained the title of PhD in Economics in more than eight past decades. Today, the Faculty of Economics and Business is the largest and most eminent scientific and educational institution in Southeast Europe, in the field of economics, business management and statistics, with over 120 teachers and associates, as well as numerous visiting professors from the country and abroad.
STUDY PROGRAMMES - The study programmes at the Faculty of Economics and Business are in line with the Bologna Declaration and are comparable to the programmes of prestigious world universities. The four-year programme of undergraduate studies is implemented through 12 contemporary modules, while the three-year programme has three modules. Master studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business are realized through 8 study programmes, and there is one study programme at PhD level.In addition, our Faculty has recently implemented two undergraduate programmes in English, which provide students with two degrees (University of London and University of Belgrade). In 2019/20, a decision was made to introduce six modern international master programmes in English (four one-year and two two-year programmes), independently or in cooperation with prestigious partner universities in the country and abroad.
INTERNATIONALIZATION - In addition to institutionalized cooperation with over 100 foreign universities, through Erasmus + and other agreements, internationalization is also achieved through the introduction and implementation of two undergraduate programmes (under arrangement with the University of London) and six master's programmes in English, obtaining professional ACCA accreditation, membership in the prestigious EFMD association, organizing international summer schools, organizing international scientific conferences, etc.
