Tutor system
The institutional tutoring system of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor is implemented with the aim of advising, guiding, motivating, and providing appropriate assistance to each individual student in acquiring knowledge and skills and achieving the intended academic results. This contributes to their greater academic, extracurricular, and personal success.
Special attention within the tutoring framework is devoted to ensuring the accessibility of tutoring for students with special needs, special statuses, international students, and other non-traditional student groups.

Coordinator of Teacher Tutors

The Coordinator of Teacher Tutors is responsible for the implementation, coordination, and supervision of teacher mentorship and tutoring at the faculty. She provides guidance to tutors in their work and reports to the Committee for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor.

"I provide support to students of the interdisciplinary study program Industrial Engineering (GING) in finding information and overcoming study-related challenges. The GING program connects three faculties: the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Architecture. As an active member of the GING Council, I strive for the continuous improvement of the program and its adaptation to the needs of students, whom I meet at the Faculty of Economics and Business in the first year, in the course Business Economics (university level). My role also includes advising and supporting students in planning and writing their final theses and research projects, in close collaboration with mentors from their respective faculties."
