The international week took place at the Faculty of Economics and Business and was enriched with a social programme, a presentation of our culture and a tour of the city of Maribor. During the week the guests paid a visit to the oldest vine in the world. In the Old Vine House, guests enjoyed socialising with each other and tasting various wines and Slovenian cakes from the Frangež Farm. The pleasant gathering by the Drava River was also enlivened by a folklore performance by the Artistic Cultural Association "Študent", one of the main promoters of the preservation and presentation of Slovenian dance and singing culture at home and abroad.

We also visited the Museum of National Liberation with our international guests, where we enjoyed a guided tour that introduced us to life in the city of Maribor during and after the World War, and the further development of the city through the different eras. Our guides showed us the pulse of the lives of important people who shaped the history of Maribor in the 19th century. After an interactive and interesting guided tour of the museum, we continued our journey through the city centre of Maribor with a smiling tour guide Jelka, who presented the most interesting sights of the city from a different perspective in a witty way. In the evening, we enjoyed excellent food and drinks at the Nana restaurant with local and foreign guests, dancing to the rhythms of the music of the great DJ Lexi Dee, who made sure that the dance floor was always full.
