FEB International week

We invite colleagues from our partner universities to the International week at the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Maribor, which is organized in May each year.

The International Week aims to strengthen international collaboration with our partner institutions, and exchange know-how, good practices, and experiences through lectures, presentations, and workshops.  The principal aim of this event is to promote the idea of internationalization, increase student mobility, and recognize our partner institutions among our students and staff by fostering international studies and a global mentality among students.

During International week, the International Scientific Conference is organized to share your experience and examples of good practice and explore future field developments.  The papers presented at the Conference are published in peer-reviewed Conference Proceedings.

The International week program comprises lectures, presentations, workshops and round-table discussions delivered by visiting lecturers from our partner universities on various topics connected to economics and business studies.

The participants of the International week are lecturers of business and economics subjects from our partner institutions. International week is also open to non-academic staff. The students attending the lectures are Slovene and international studying at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the bachelor’s and master’s levels.

The official language of the International week is English.
