Short Checklist
Before Arrival
- Apply online: https://studentexchange.um.si/ADPrijava.aspx
- Receive an Acceptance letter
- Get your Health insurance
- Get your Visa if needed
- Find an accommodation
During Exchange Period
- Bring your Arrival form to the International Relations Office
- Arrange the payment of fee and bring the photo for student card
- Make changes to the Learning agreement within first week of arrival if it is neccessery
- Get your temporary Residence permit if needed
Before Leaving
- Receive a confirmation of your mobility period three days before departure
- Fill in the questionnaire of satisfaction (general and by courses)
- Write a testimonial and send the photos to feb.international@um.si
