Living conditions

• Accommodation: from € 100-140  (student dormitory, double room) to € 250 (private accommodation) per month
• Food: from € 100 to € 250 per month
• Books, scripts: from € 50 to € 100 per semester

Students mainly eat in restaurants by using food coupons. However, the prices vary between cities and restaurants. Students can have a nice student meal in certain restaurants in Maribor or everywhere in Slovenia for 3 EUR on average. The rest of the meal is subsidized by Slovenian Government

The highest price that a student has to pay after submitting a food coupon is €4 and the lowest price is €0 (sandwiches).
